Short term goals -

• Strengthen interdepartmental relationships among Health Science schools

• Enhance my understanding of classroom proceedings

• Become more knowledgeable re: classroom instruction

• Create realistic boundaries between assisting students and enabling students to be successful.

  • A wise mentor once asked - "are you bringing the diaper bag?"

• Investigate a partnership between Casper College and Wyoming Health Fairs to provide nursing students an opportunity to participate in vaccine clinics and employee blood draws

• Attend an OADN conference

  • OADN is the national resource for community college nursing education and the associate degree journey

• Become a member of the Natrona County Nurse Honor Guard

Long term goals -

• Join the WSBN board

• Obtain Certified Nurse Educator certificate through the National League for Nursing (NLN)
