Comments from my initial Tenure Presentation on 11/22/24:

"Jennifer Gallagher's portfolio presentation highlighted her dedication to student success, commitment to professional growth, and passion for teaching. Her reflection on teaching practices, student engagement, and innovative approaches to nursing education impressed the committee and demonstrated her holistic approach to academic and professional excellence." -Thank you! If 'Holistic' was a flavor of ice-cream, it would be my favorite. I believe everything we do should be done with a holistic approach - mind, body, and spirit. This is my main approach to student success as well as patient care and personal growth.

"The portfolio was noted as professional, visually appealing, and easy to navigate, with engaging and reflective content." -Thank you! I am a work in progress to achieve professional greatness, as we all should be.

"Her honesty regarding challenges such as hybrid class attendance and student engagement was commended, as was her willingness to explore diverse strategies to address these issues." -I am thankful for the opportunity to be heard and explore more cost and time efficient options. This is a win for the HLTK 1200 students, the other online instructors (who met load!) and myself as I am better able to focus on my role and a classroom instructor and clinical educator along with the many changes that are happening in nursing and across the School of Health Sciences.

I am humbled by these comments and commit to the continued growth of Casper College and all that I have the pleasure of coming into contact with.
